Introducing Our Fall 2021 Co-Op Students
Retail Business Services, the services company of Ahold Delhaize USA, is pleased to welcome 31 bright university or college students and recent graduates to its Fall 2021 Co-Op Program. From August through December, the group will earn hands-on experience in the Information Technology field as they work with our expert teams to create innovative, bold solutions for Ahold Delhaize USA’s great local brands.
During the program, which runs until mid-December, participants will support projects across Transactional Merchandising, Innovation, Quality Assurance, Merchandising, Master Data Management, Business Intelligence and Data, Integration, Development and Operations, Human Resources, Service Management and Infrastructure.
“Our early talent co-op program serves as a strong pipeline for future hires,” said Amy Gregory, Specialist Recruiter for Retail Business Services. “The students perform a ‘working interview’ period where they learn about new technologies, as well as our culture, while bringing fresh ideas and diversity to the ever-changing grocery retail industry.”
