Meet Our Newest IT Co-Ops

Jun 28, 2023

Text reads RBS IT Co-Ops, followed by headshots of the 24 new team members

Retail Business Services welcomed 24 IT Co-Ops last week. This talented group of individuals is spread across a diverse range of teams, ranging from UX/UI Design, Data Engineering, Supply Chain Analytics, Cloud Engineering and so much more.

“Co-ops are just starting out in their careers and have such great energy that they bring into the organization,” said Early Talent Manager Emily Marczak.  “They have been learning all the latest and greatest technologies in school and their own curiosity, but this program allows them to apply those skills to real problems and projects. They learn different ways to use their skills and of course get excited to learn new skills.”

The Co-Op program helps participants to build upon their extensive technical knowledge while participating in learning opportunities about giving and receiving feedback, navigating change and influencing without authority. These sessions help set participants up to successfully enter the workplace and feel confident in their ability to communicate ideas.

“Through the learning opportunities, meaningful project work, one-on-one mentoring with teams, and networking opportunities, these associates are bringing positive energy, innovation and greater impact to our work,” said Emily.
