Celebrating July 30 as National Intern Day, Retail Business Services is proud to share insights from its talented Summer 2020 intern class. Hear how these bright aspiring professionals are growing career interests, networking and developing new skills as they complete unique projects in this video.
While Retail Business Services’ Summer Internship Program has traditionally taken place in person, the program has been adapted to take place virtually this year, enabling interns to work remotely and receive valuable experience amid the Coronavirus pandemic. In this year’s 10-week internship program, interns are assigned strategic projects coupled with daily tasks and responsibilities among their teams. The program also provides training sessions, speaker panels and specialized programming events designed specifically to enhance the internship experience and provide exposure to the grocery retail industry.
